Working With Groups
These experiential, theoretical and practical courses have helped people from a variety of backgrounds who work in, or lead, groups to reflect on the conscious and unconscious dynamics in society.
Each year of this two year programme comprises 6 intense 2.5 day blocks. The first year is an Introduction to working with groups, which will be offered online for the first time this year. In the second year participants run a 10 week support group under supervision. The courses are experiential, theoretical and practical. Individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, occupations and experiences engage with one another during the blocks. The programme has helped people from a variety of backgrounds reflect on the conscious and unconscious dynamics in society. Participants emerge with greater understanding, sensitivity, tolerance and insight into our complex national human landscape.
These courses are for people whose work entails being a group member or leader.
