Circle of Security Parenting Programme

Join psychologists Katharine Frost and Nicki Dawson every Friday morning for 8 weeks, from the 16th of October to the 4th of December, for this internationally acclaimed parenting programme.

Based on decades of attachment research, the facilitators make use of video material and discussion to help you:

• Read your child's emotional needs to better understand their emotional world,
• suppport their ability to manage their emotions,
• enhance their self-esteem and
• honour your innate wisdom and desire for a secure caregiver-child relationship.

Payments can be made online or via EFT; and can be fully reimbursed by some medical aids.
